Dylan's 1st Birthday!

The birthday boy tasting his first bite of pizza!

I think he likes it!

Opening gifts....there were soooo many, he just couldn't get through all of them, he still has a few that haven't been unwrapped from John and I!

Ribbons are the best part of presents!

Jax showing Dylan how it's done! They are too cute!

"Happy Birthday to YOU!"

Whoa, what is that??

"Here, let Mommy help you!"

Mmmmm good! This is about as far as he got into his cake unfortunately!

I was hoping for a little more destruction, but I think the back to back excitement of Christmas and his 1st birthday, plus all of the visitors, were a little overwhelming for our little guy! That just means we will try again next year.....Or maybe in June at his half birthday...or maybe in a couple of weeks for his 1 year pictures....stay tuned! :)

Halloween!

Baby's 1st Halloween!

Dylan has overcome his fear of pumpkins! Whew!

Our little Monkey!

(notice there is no head to this costume, apparently 10 month olds don't like things on their head! It was WWIII trying to get ANY photos with his monkey head on, as you will see!)

The calm before the storm!

Our only shot of Dylan's full monkey costume!

Get this thing off!

Torture!

Our friends, Amy and Ben and their 3 month old Avery (bee), Ash and Adam and 5 month old Ellie (ladybug), Renee and Nate and their 2 year old Anna (ballarenia), all came over to watch FL whip up on GA and to celebrate Halloween! It is hard to get 4 kids that are 2 years and younger all to sit still and pretty for the camera! This is the best we could do!

Little monkey is sharing his banana with Ellie! What a sweet boy!

"Hey kid, you don't have to wear that silly thing on top of your head. Look at me! Here, let me help you with that!"

We decided it may be easier to get a shot if we all held our little ones!

I might not have gotten the full effect of Dylan's costume, but by the end of the day, he gave me a beautiful smile anyway, and after that, the monkey head seemed so insignificant!
